And she has survived - even though she has been badly mauled in the process. And now she's determined that Sammy will survive too. So she chases away even the swan who came to take a look at the sea lions' lake at Chester Zoo. Then she swims back to Sammy to give him a motherly nuzzle and assure him that all is well."
